  1. Warranty Coverage

Relaxday ergonomic chairs come with a comprehensive three-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

  1. What is Covered

During the three-year warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. This includes:

- Structural Components: Frame and base

- Mechanical Components: Gas lifts, tilts, and mechanisms

- Upholstery: Fabric and foam that show signs of manufacturing defects

 

  1. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence

- Damage caused by improper assembly or modification

- Damage caused by using the chair for purposes other than its intended use

- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents

 

  1. Warranty Claim Process

If you experience any issues with your Relaxday ergonomic chair during the warranty period, please follow these steps to make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Service@relaxday.ph. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Inspection: We may request photos or videos of the defect to assess the situation.
  3. Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective part or chair. In some cases, we may ask you to return the chair or part to us.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

- Within the Warranty Period: Relaxday will cover the shipping costs for the repair or replacement of defective parts or chairs within the three-year warranty period.

- Outside the Warranty Period: After the warranty period, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs or replacements.

 

  1. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty is void if the chair is resold or transferred to another owner.

 

  1. Additional Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
